WALLET OPENING: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR Wallet OPENING 

For Wallet opening;
Customers can always open Wallet with us. We have loan Wallets, fixed Savings Contribution Wallet, savings Savings Contribution and savings deposit Wallet.

Wallet classification
Dantori have 2 Wallets;
i. Loan Wallet (N1,000)
ii. Savings Wallet (N1,000)
Loan & Savings Withdrawals
Customers can always access and withdraw their funds from their Wallets, through transfers (Mobile App etc), Cash deposits, Inter-bank transfers or Dantori-Dantori Transfers etc
Corrections and Change of Information
Customers must visit any of our branches and fill out complain form or change of data form in case of need of change of any data.
Withdrawal Slips
Customers who do not have access to Android phones and our Mobile App can visit any of our branches and fill out withdrawal/transfer slip and submit to cashiers.
Fees and charges
All fees and charges inclusive are clearly stated. all other stand by financial electronic charges applied.
Wallet closure
Customers can close their Wallets whenever they need by completing Wallet closure form.
We have Savings Contribution plans/packages for our interested customers
Signature
Customers must always use the original signature for their Wallets for all transactions to be valid.

LOAN: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Applicants must take note that our organization will always stick by the bye laws & policies and only consider the conditions stated in the agreements. While in the agreement, applicant must know that;

The are charging you 4% Management Fee And 5% Processing Fee when loan is disbursement
i. Loan tenor is only for 3 & 6 months
ii. 4% Processing fee will be deducted during disbursement
iii. 5% Insurance fee will also be deducted during marketer
iv. Applicant must obtain signature from our legal correspondence
v. Applicant must present statement of Wallet for at least 6 months
vi. While item is in the custody of applicant, applicant is solely responsible for Lost, Stolen, Damage, and Accident…etc cases.
vii. Payment is monthly for 6 months (amount of installments to be decided by the total price of the item, check agreement letter)
viii. Monthly loan repayments starts on the 28th day of the month
ix. Overdue for late repayments starts counting on 1st Day of preceding month.
x. On failure to make payment at the commencement of overdue counting will attract calling guarantors. (Non civil servant clients)
xi. Failure to make payment after calling guarantors will result to residence visitation then forwarding the case to legal bodies for legal actions. (Non civil servant clients)
xii. In case of seizure of property, item will be in our custody POLICE custody for maximum of 1 week
xiii. Failure to comply After at most 1 month the item will be auctioned, (applicant will take responsibility for any damage occurred on item)
xiv. In absence of applicant, guarantor will be held responsible. (Non civil servant clients)
xv. All payment must be done into the company Wallet: 0095950928 (Sterling Bank Plc) Dantori and Sons Savings Contribution Limited.
xvi. Evidence of payment (Bank Teller/ P.O.S Receipt, Mobile Transfer Receipt.. etc) must be submitted to the company at most 48hrs after making payment to ease payment tracking.

Savings FaSI-SaD: TERMS & CONDITIONS

OUR Savings Contribution is categorized as short term, medium term & long-term Savings Contributions with which you can grow your wealth and gain high profit. The Savings Contribution, is a one-time Savings Contribution of at least N50, 000 for a specific tenor (Find below schedule of Savings Contribution). There is flexibility of months of Savings Contribution. and Profit per Savings Contribution as determined by the tenor and amount of Savings Contribution.
Investor must take note that our organization will always respect its byelaws and the conditions stated in this agreements.
Savings Contribution SCHEDULE
i. 3 months Savings Contribution​@ 10% profit
ii. 6 months Savings Contribution​@ 15% profit
iii. 9 months Savings Contribution​@ 20% profit
iv. 3 months Savings Contribution​@ 25% profit
The are charging you 2% Management Fee And 3% Processing Fee when savings is completed
Savings Contribution:
xvii. Investor must read, understand and agree with all Savings Contribution conditions.
xviii. Savings Contribution tenors are 3 months, 6 Months, 9 Months & 12 Months.
xix. Investor must provide details of Next of Kin and 1 witness.
xx. Legal Signatories must sign & acknowledge agreement.
xxi. While in tenor, DANTORI and Sons is solely responsible for all risks,
xxii. For Fixed Savings Contribution, Savings Contribution is FIXED & ONCE.
xxiii. For Savings Savings Contribution, Savings Contribution is Timely (daily, weekly monthly).
xxiv. For Fixed Savings Contribution, Single Deposit - Single withdrawal
xxv. For Savings Savings Contribution, Multiple Deposit - Single withdrawal
xxvi. Investor can ONLY withdraw capital + profit at the end of his/her tenor except in case of termination.
xxvii. Monthly profit can always change in accordance to the market rate of a specific month, but there is always monthly profit alert to keep investor on track of their Savings Contribution
xxviii. In case of death, only Next of Kin can withdraw funds from Savings Contribution

Termination of Savings Contribution
Investor can terminate his/her Savings Contribution at any time of wish. To do so, Investor must know the followings;
i. Termination attracts 10% penalty fee.
ii. You must submit request of termination of Savings Contribution.
iii. All Savings Contribution will be terminated at once.
iv. There will be no gain of profits for any Savings Contribution terminated at any point of tenor.
v. Investor shall wait for aleast 5 working days from the day he/she submitted request of termination to be able to receive funds (without profit)

Interpretation

* Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
* Application refers to Dantori App, the software program provided by the Company.
* Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Dantori, Adjacent Commissioner of Police Jumma'at Masjid Along Gabukka Road
* Country refers to: Nigeria
* Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
* Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
* Service refers to the Application.
* Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
* Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
* You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
